Our neurofeedback services are provided by registered psychologists and certified Canadian counsellor, supported by trained neurofeedback technicians to ensure safe, effective, and ethical care.
Because we operate under regulated healthcare professionals, your sessions may be eligible for health insurance coverage or can be claimed as a medical expense on your taxes. We’re happy to provide documentation to support reimbursement or tax write-off inquiries.
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, drug-free brain training technique that helps your brain learn to regulate itself more effectively.
By monitoring your brainwave activity in real time, neurofeedback provides feedback that helps your brain build new, healthier patterns—supporting improvements in focus, sleep, mood, anxiety, trauma recovery, and more.
Think of it like physical therapy for your brain. When your brain is gently guided toward balance, old patterns of dysregulation—like constant fight-or-flight, restlessness, or mental fog—begin to fade.

We’ll walk you through the results in simple terms and design a personalized training plan tailored to your brain’s unique needs.
Once your plan is in place, you’ll begin regular 30-minute neurofeedback sessions, typically once or twice per week.
During each session, small sensors are placed on your scalp to monitor brainwaves—nothing goes into your brain. You’ll watch visuals or listen to audio that responds to your brain’s activity in real time. When your brain moves into a more regulated state, it gets positive feedback—helping it learn what calm and focus feel like.
During your weekly neurofeedback sessions we will check in with you to track progress, adjust your protocol if needed, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
You’ll complete brief symptom check-ins to help us monitor changes in mood, sleep, focus, and stress levels. Your training plan may evolve as your brain begins to shift and improve.
